Because of the property’s mixed-use nature, the facility has a strict zero-tolerance policy when it comes to safety. Davey’s 5-person crew must combine functionality with curb appeal, reducing liability for warehouse owners while providing beautified spaces for office employees to gather outside of their cubicles.
