Extended Stay America
Extended Stay America prioritizes the comfort and safety of their guests, both inside the hotel and in outdoor spaces. Davey is on call at any Extended Stay location, pruning and removing trees that pose a safety hazard or security risk as needed.
Extended Stay America provides affordable short and long-term stays at more than 760 hotels across the United States. With apartment-style rooms that include amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen and on-site guest laundry, Extended Stay America’s goal is to create a home away from home where guests can feel safe and comfortable.
The mission of safety and comfort extends beyond room amenities at Extended Stay America locations. Outdoor safety, including security and risk management, is also included in Extended Stay’s commitments. Part of maintaining that commitment includes tree care at every property.
In the beginning of the partnership, Davey worked on Extended Stay properties as needed on the West Coast. After seeing Davey’s capabilities across several service lines, including utility work and environmental consulting, Extended Stay expanded Davey’s reach as a service provider on a national scale in 2019.
Since then, Davey’s crews have regularly worked at hundreds of locations throughout the U.S., performing tree removals and tree pruning for trees that are blocking outdoor lights and security cameras, pose a safety risk for guests and staff, or can become a fire hazard. Because of Extended Stay’s national reach, Davey also helped establish a centralized internal work order system that uses a single point of contact to simplify work distribution and payment processes.
Davey’s consistent communication, quick response times, and knowledgeable staff that provides tree healthcare consultations have boosted Extended Stay America’s objective to create a safe environment for their guests.
