Electric Investor-Owned Utility
DRG assists SDG&E with its Sustainable Tree Program, a tree planting program that helps the utility reach its goal of planting 10,000 trees annually.
Natural Gas/Pipeline
Davey helped a natural gas utility complete an inspection and leak detection project for farm taps located in rural areas of Northeast and Northwest Ohio, finishing before the scheduled timeline and within financial goals.
Electric Co-op Utility
Davey Resource Group used boots on the ground and hybrid vehicles to inventory Barrow Utilities and Electric Cooperative’s distribution system during the community’s midnight sun season.
Mitigation Banking
Davey Resource Group helped with the construction and continued monitoring of the Caton Creek Mitigation Bank project in South Carolina, the first stream and wetland mitigation bank in the area.
Utility Vegetation Management
A focus on safety has resulted in over 12 million miles driven safely by the Davey Resource Group UVM team in the past two years.
Residential/Mixed Use
Trails at Redwood Falls, a 98-lot subdivision located on one of Medina County’s oldest golf courses, was subject to scrutiny by the Hinckley Township Zoning Commission. Davey Resource Group was up to the challenge and carefully considered the commission’s concerns while working on the project.
Non-Profit
DRG performed site planning, engineering, and surveying for all residential lots in an effort to install over 1,800 linear feet of new sanitary sewers for First United Presbyterian Church in Alliance, OH.
Mitigation Banking
The Owen Farm stream and wetland mitigation project restored over 8,565 linear feet of West Fork French Broad River and unnamed tributaries in Transylvania County, NC. Davey Resource Group is providing monitoring and maintenance services for this restoration project.
