Parks & Trails
Removal of riparian vegetation and urbanization within the Griswold Creek watershed has caused increased runoff, elevated water temperatures, and increased water flows. DRG worked with Geauga Parks District to restore the stream, improve habitats, and increase floodplain storage.

Municipality
The city of Tumwater hired Davey Resource Group to inventory trees across 201 acres, providing professional guidance, a priority planting analysis, and a tree management plan.

Non-Profit
Davey Resource Group performed a GIS-based tree inventory and created a community forest management plan on the 3,720 trees in the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

Medical
Davey’s long-term partnership with two Johns Hopkins medical facilities allows patients, staff, and visitors to access the facilities safely regardless of weather conditions.

Residential/Mixed Use
The Trolley Run Station and Sage Creek subdivision communities span over 3,000 acres of land in Aiken, SC. Davey’s daily grounds maintenance crews ensure current and future residents can experience nature through easily accessible outdoor common spaces.

Education
DRG helped prestigious university MIT gain a clear understanding of their tree assets and forestry management needs by performing a comprehensive tree inventory.

Municipality
Severe erosion of 125 feet of streambank in Bath Township, OH was threatening an adjacent stormwater management basin. DRG used bioengineering methods to stabilize the streambank and provide in-stream habitat while preventing future erosion.

Mitigation Banking
Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. created, restored, and enhanced 375 acres of wetlands, 3.5 acres of open water, 81 acres of preserved wetlands, and 216 acres of preserved or reforested upland buffers along the Cedar Run in Virginia.
