Manager, Technology Development
Mike Binkley is Manager of Technology Development in support of research and development undertaken at the Institute. He has 20 years of experience working with stakeholders and software developers as well as training users of new technology.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in natural resource conservation and a master’s degree in geography, specializing in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing.
