Riverine Joins Davey Resource Group’s Wetland Studies and Solutions Inc.

Kent, Ohio – Davey Resource Group, Inc. (DRG), a subsidiary of The Davey Tree Expert Company, has announced the acquisition of Riverine Systems and Riverine Solutions, collectively known as Riverine, of Louisville, Kentucky, to its family of brands.

Riverine has provided wetland and stream restoration engineering and turnkey construction services, including specialties in engineering, geomorphology and ecology, to clients in the eastern U.S. since 2003.

The acquisition was made by Wetland Studies and Solutions Inc. (WSSI), a Davey company, based in Gainesville, Virginia. Riverine’s employees will become part of WSSI
