Davey field offices and their clients benefit from the expert services provided by the Davey Institute Diagnostic Laboratory. As a USDA-APHIS inspected and certified facility, our lab is authorized to receive plant, soil, and water samples from across the United States that we analyze for insect, disease and weed pests, soil fertility, water quality, and abiotic disorders caused by environmental stress. Our experts use the results of the analyses to generate tailored prescriptions and management recommendations.
With the opening of SEED Campus, our new Diagnostic Laboratory will have significantly enhanced diagnostic capabilities including state-of-the-art DNA testing.
We also provide expert digital diagnostic analysis of photographic images to serve our field offices, including our Canadian operations that are unable to submit samples across the border.
